SHIPPING

Fresh Bros. products can be shipped anywhere in the United States where Hemp Derived CBD and other cannabinoids are legal.  We use FedEx Express and UPS, which require a street address.  If you provide a PO Box, we will contact you for a street address.  If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, we will refund your order.  We always suggest our customers request "signature required" when we ship your order to ensure you receive your products.  In the event that FedEx or UPS shows a "Proof of Delivery" to the address provided, and no signature was requested by our customer, we do not replace missing products. All orders are shipped Mon - Friday and the cut off is 3:00 pm EST.  If you place your order over the weekend it will be processed the following business day. If you select 2-day shipping, it will be shipped FedEx 2-Day once it has processed, which could be up to 72 hours.  We do not ship on Federal Holidays.  

Once shipped: A confirmation number and tracking number will be sent to you via FedEx or UPS.  Check your spam folder if you do not see the tracking information in your regular inbox.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We ship to some countries, but not all, due to the various laws surrounding CBD, D8 and the minor cannabinoids. All International orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.  If you are an international customer, please make sure you know all the laws and customs requirements BEFORE ordering.  We are not responsbile for your order once it leaves our warehouse.  There are no returns, refunds or replacements. We suggest you use a customs broker to ensure safe delivery of your parcel.

All products ship from our fulfillment center in Orlando, FL.  When you order from us through this website, your products are shipped to you directly by us, ensuring your order is accurate and packed properly. If there is an "Act of God" (i.e. weather delays) we do not reimburse shipping costs as we do not get reimbursed through our shipping carrier for reasons out of their control.  We do everything in our control to get your order out quickly but once it leaves our facility, we can't control what happens to it or how fast it gets to you. If for some reason you don't receive everything you ordered, you have 48 hours to contact us and provide a picture of the original packaging, a copy of the packing slip and all products that were in your order. 

How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically shipped 24-72 hours by our dedicated fulfillment team unless it’s a custom order.  However, since COVID-19, we have experienced some delays either by our suppliers, freight companies and FedEx.  Contact your sales associate if your order does not arrive in a timely manner. If you do not have a sales associate and ordered from our website, please contact fulfillment@freshbros.com within 2 weeks of placing your order.  If we shipped your product and FedEx tracking shows it was delivered to the proper address, we won't be responsible for replacing your order should you not receive it.  

Quality Assurance is very important to us and we take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and quickly. When you receive your order, you can rest assured that it is 3rd party lab tested and guaranteed fresh.

Can I pick up my product at your facility? Yes, your order can be picked up at 3939 Forrestal Ave, Unit 200, Orlando, FL 32806. Please schedule a pickup time with your sales associate to be sure your order is ready when you arrive.  When you arrive to pick up your order, please check it for accuracy BEFORE leaving our facility. If there is an issue, it can be resolved while you are still at our facility and we will correct it. Once you pick up your order and leave our facility, we are not responsible for any damage, or loss of product. There are no refunds once you have possession of your order.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

By making a purchase on Freshbros.com or D8LTA.com you are demonstrating a clear understanding that you are purchasing products containing Hemp Derived CBD or other cannabinoids including Delta-8 THC. It is up to you to check your state about the legality of purchasing any product on our websites including Delta-8 THC or other rare and minor cannabinoids that may not be legal in your state.  You must be 21 to purchase products on our website.  IF we decide to refund an order that is unopened and unused there will be a 20% restocking fee charged before a refund is processed. 

All sales are final and there are no refunds for private label orders or any edible product (GUMMIES). The only circumstance when we will provide a replacement is if we did not ship the product you ordered. A return label will be provided to send back the unopened and unused items and once received, we will send you the correct products. You have 48 hours to notify us if you received the wrong product. Email fulfillment@freshbros.com to let us know including a picture of the products you received, your packing slip and original packaging. 

We provide a thorough product description, ingredients for each product and a 3rd Party COA for our products, so there should be no confusion as to what you are ordering. If you order the wrong product, we are not responsible for replacing it.

We do not have a money back guarantee since CBD and all cannabinoids affect everyone differently. Your experience may not be the same as someone else’s.

Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease. Always check with your health care provider before taking a new supplement.

If your product is damaged in shipping, please take a picture or video of the original packaging and send to us within 24 hours or receiving your product. A determination will then be made once we are able to review the situation.
