When my normal Delta 8 gummies were out-of-stock, FreshBros offered to send me the Runtz instead, and now I'm hooked! They come in 4 flavors, and I typically take it about 1 1/2 hours before bed, and they have helped my insomnia issues SO MUCH! I don't take the entire gummy. Usually half. But on weekends I have taken the entire gummy. Best nights sleep ever! They do sometimes give me dry mouth the next day, but I'll take that for better sleep any day!

Took one tablet and had the best nights sleep ever! I have struggled to find something to help me sleep through the night and not feel awful in the morning, I have tried melatonin and sleeping pills with no luck. Just one tablet and I am definitely hooked, no hangover or sugar and SLEEP!!!!!!
