Do you provide COAs (Certificate of Analysis)?

Yes, all of our raw materials and finished products are tested and certified by accredited 3rd party labs. All of our COAs can be found here on our website.

What is the minimum order quantity for your products?

With retail purchases through our online store, there is no minimum order quantity. Branded Wholesale Pricing requires a 50 unit minimum of the same product.

What are your lead times for me to receive my order?

Online orders received Monday – Friday are typically shipped 1-2 business days after payment. Orders received over a weekend or holiday will go out the next business day. For more information regarding shipping please click here.

Can I request a refund?

Sure, you are welcome to request your refund if either your product has not been shipped yet following your order confirmation, or if there is a problem with your product/order that you can showcase with detail and send information into sales@freshbros.com for review. What certifications does your facility have?

We are a licensed Hemp and CBD manufacturer with locations in Colorado, Nevada, Florida, California and South Carolina, USA. All of our finished products are produced and packaged in cGMP certified facilities.

Do you carry all the proper licenses required by the hemp industry?

Yes, all of our licensing is current and can be found here or online through Colorado, Nevada, Florida, California or South Carolina’s respective County or Secretary of State Office.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are servicing all retail orders and requests only within the United States. Under the proper circumstance we can ship wholesale orders internationally.

There are extra fees involved with international orders including various taxes and a document preparation fee for customs. There is also only a select amount of products we offer that have international approval.
